Financial Policy 
At Andrew G Mortensen DDS Inc our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at (888) 431-1406 to review your concerns. Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options: A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $200 are paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is presented or in advance of scheduled appointment. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted in our office. Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to two years are available based on applicant's credit approval. Brush Your Teeth Daily! For good oral health, brush your teeth twice a day with a good fluoride toothpaste! How Old Is Your Toothbrush? Replace your toothbrush every 3 or 4 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed. A worn toothbrush won't do a good job of cleaning your teeth. A Healthy Diet Makes a Healthy Smile! For healthy teeth and gums, eat a balanced diet and limit between-meal snacks. Go easy on sugary treats! |
